Our Holiday Apartments, in fact, offer ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends who want to be independent, but do not want to give up some comforts such as: room cleaning, change of sheets and towels, and 24-hour assistance of a staff who is always helpful and kind.

The “Le Terrazze” Holiday Apartments belong to a small complex designed for a quiet and comfortable stay on the enchanting hills of Sanremo, a short distance from the center and the beaches.

Here peace reigns supreme for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and rest.

But at the same time you can reach the social streets of the center and the beach establishments in just a few minutes.

Each apartment has its own independent entrance and large private car park has a large private car park inside the structure’s gates.

All our studio and two-room apartments have a large terrace overlooking the sea. During the summer you can relax sunbathing on the deckchairs or having lunch in the open air, while your children can play safely and without space problems.

The apartments, sleeping 2 to 6, have recently been refurnished and are equipped with a large living room with kitchenette, beds and sofa beds, and bathroom with shower. Furthermore, it is possible to request a baby bed.
